At this point, you’re probably about equally excited about “digital transformation” as you are a potential root canal. Cloud implementations take a lot of work and if you don’t think so, you’re doing it wrong.

More than likely you already know the infrastructure and applications that would be best served by the cloud, but getting there requires architectural consideration and governance planning. Identity and security will also take far more time than you expect.
