Founder/Principal:
Ben Henkels (CSP, CWNP) has been in the communication industry for over 10 years and founded the company in late 2001. He has had successful tenures as an independent consultant, a VP for an ISP/CLEC in the late 90s, and a top performing sales rep for a national telecommunication carrier. He is a self-admitted "customer service freak".
Telecom Manager:
Susan Benjamin has worked as a telecommunication account manager for over 8 years, including GST Telecom and McLeodUSA. Her passion for our customers is not measurable anymore and her personality makes her one of the best account managers in the business (the degree in interpersonal communication helps of course).
IT Manager:
Marc Schroeder (N+, MCP) has over 15 years of experience in information systems. His background includes call center set-up and systems management, database development, and system administration. His programming language skills include C++ and Visual Basic.
Consulting Manager:
Mark Brantner has over 30 years of sales and business development experience. His former engagements include Cabletron Systems, Packet Engines, Alcatel, and Columbia Fiber. His focus on customer needs based solutions as well as his knowledge of technology applications is a great asset to all of our customers and partners.
